Description View Changes

Work includes, but is not limited to: Demolition of the 5,700 square foot (SF) building that will consist of all building components to six (6) inches below building components. Includes the disturbance and/or removal and disposal of asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB) containing light ballasts, mercury-containing materials, lead-containing materials and items containing radioactive compounds. Remove sidewalks, curbs, gutters and street light bases. Saw cut and remove existing pavement. Backfill with classified material as required to achieve a positive slope draining gravel surface at the building site.
