Description

KMRD Janitorial Services



This is a non-personal services contract to provide commercial janitorial services to the Ketchikan-Misty Fjords Ranger District (KMRD). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government.



Place of Performance: The work shall be performed in Ketchikan, Alaska at the KMRD Administrative Building (3031 Tongass Avenue), KMRD Bunkhouse (2957 Tongass Avenue), and KMRD Warehouse Restrooms (3001 Tongass Avenue). All facilities are located on a single contiguous property. There are no road systems connected to Ketchikan. Ketchikan is accessible by commercial airflight, state operated ferry and commercial barging services.



Period of Performance (POP): The period of performance shall be for 1 Base Period of 12-months and 4 Option Periods of 12-months each.
