• Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to complete the following construction project, FTQW 21-2400 Elevator Install and Fire Safety Update. The general scope of this project includes providing the design for the FTQW 21-2400 Elevator Install and Fire Safety Update that include demo of the existing out of service elevator. Once the desing is completed and accepted and all materials and equipment are on site, the Contractor shall begin construction activities IAW the approved design.
