All quotes shall be FOB destination with a lead time of 120 Days After Date of Contract (ADC). Include any discounts that may apply. WARRANTY INFORMATION IS REQUIRED IN RESPONSE TO THE RFQ. Please submit quote for individual line item.

This solicitation is for all or none. Ensure all electronic equipment follows the Covered Telecommunications Equipment or Services Clause Guidance. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.

This solicitation will incorporate a site visit to allow any interested vendors the ability to see the building layout. The site visit will be on Tuesday, 08 August 2023 at 10:00 AM Alaska Standard Time (AKST). All vendors shall plan to meet at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Boniface Visitor Center no later than 9:40 AM AKST. If you are going to attend the site visit, please fill out the information on the Base Accesst Info document attached. Every contractor who wishes to attend the site visit must provide their information. Please return the attached Base Access Info document to listed POC's no later than Friday, 04 August by 4:00 PM AKST. All questions regarding this solicitation and/or site visit must be sent to thePOC's no later than Friday, 11 August by 4:00 PM AKST. Answers will be added to the solicitation via amendment no later than Tuesday, 15 August by 4:00 PM AKST. All finalized quotes shall be submitted no later than Friday, 18 August by 4:00 PM AKST.
