Update: A couple questions were submitted regarding this requirement. Please see the questions and answers below:
Question 1) The SOW, 1.c, indicates depths are to be shown where strata changes occur referenced to a site benchmark elevation. Often, elevations are based from an assumed elevation at the ground surface of the boring. If the boring location needs to be surveyed for an elevation, can you provide information for the nearest benchmark? Does this need to be performed by a licensed PLS in Alaska? There are several ways to accomplish this, but the cost varies significantly.
Answer: No survey is required. Please use an assumed elevation.
Question 2) The SOW, 1.n, includes topographic information for the site. Is this intended to be a general description or is a topographical survey of the area required? If a survey is expected, can you provide boundaries of the area requiring topo survey?
Answer: No survey is required. Information is a general description.

This effort is for a Geotechnical investigation required to design the foundation for a tower and antenna.
1) Please see the attached Statement of Work for requirements.
2) The evaluation criteria is shown in the Request for Proposal attached to this solicitation. The offeror must address the specifics of the evaluation factors to be considered for award.
