Based on the AR Report/Engineering Guidance #21-AK-0174 received from Lockheed Martin specifying that the F-35 Hydraulic Hand Pump, currently only available through TronAir, is authorized for use in contingency operations, this requirement was a sole source award in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.501.
