This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number W913E523Q0009 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 – Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communications Equipment Manufacturing which has a size standard of 1,250 employees. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.

The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) requires the procurement and delivery of the following BRAND NAME items:

• One hundred (100) Laird Omni 3dBd Base Station Antennas (p/n FG9023)


• One hundred (100) Laird antenna mounting brackets (FM2)


• One hundred (100) LMR240 5 ft N Male – N Male coax cables (PT240-005-SNM-SNM)


• One hundred (100) LMR195 2 ft TNC-Male N-Male cable assemblies (PT195-002-STM-SNM)


• One hundred (100) 100 MHz to 3GHz N-female to N-female surge protectors (p/n SP3-90-6-BFF)


• Ten (10) TNC Male connectors for LMR240 (p/n RTM-240)


• Ten (10) standard N Male connectors for LMR240 (p/n SNM-240)


• One (1) 250-foot reel of LMR240 coaxial cable (p/n PT240-250)


• One (1) crimp tool for LMR240 for the monitoring and sensing of water levels at the Chena River Lakes Flood Control Project/Moose Creek Dam (p/n CT-100-240)

Please reference the attached RFQ for instructions and applicable provisions and clauses. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers; 1) technical ability to provide the requested BRAND NAME supplies including being an authorized distributor, and 2) price. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote represents the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) offer.
