This is a request for information only. This is not a request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not provide any reimbursement for responses submitted to this notice.



The Regional Contracting Office – Alaska (RCO-AK) has a requirement to acquire Elevator Inspection and Maintenance Services for Fort Wainwright, Fort Greely, and Eielson Air Force Base.



The DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. Please note: this PWS is subject to change.



This Special Notice is to conduct market research to better inform the Government’s requirement. Respondents are requested to review the attached DRAFT PWS and submit any questions and/or recommendations by email to Michelle Aguilar at michelle.i.aguilar2.civ@army.mil. Responses to individual submissions will not be made; however, the Government will consider all submissions prior to release of the official solicitation. Please submit all responses no later than 3PM AKST on 6 March 2023.
