Description

This is a request for a John Deere 9901 Replacement Engine – 6090HDW03 for a 724K Loader with a Part Number: RG37932 which includes installation of engine. (See attached General Specs) Engine must fit the John Deere 9901 724K Loader and will need installation for warranty purposes. Items must meet general specs attached



Customer can deliver to the Fairbanks, Alaska area any further please include quote to and from Fort Greely Alaska.





This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.





Solicitation number W912D023Q0045 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2023-04, dated 2 June 2023. This acquisition is Small Business Set Aside and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 811310.

Quote Information:





Quotes shall include all charges necessary to meet the Requirement. Quotes shall be submitted via email and must be received in the contracting office email no later than Wednesday, 19 July 2023, at 1200 hours (12:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time.





Selection Process:



A Firm-Fixed Price award will be issued, LPTA based on Price, and Past Performance for Heavy Equipment Rebuild under NAICS code 811310. Telephone quotes will not be processed.
