The U.S. Government intends to execute a lease renewal using other than full and open competition for the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Anchorage, AK at 101 E 6th Ave.



The Government requires office and related space yielding 35,775 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space is contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, and partitioning are included as part of the rental consideration.
