The Department of Fish and Game, Division of Commercial Fisheries, Gene Conservation Laboratory, is soliciting bids for a robotic liquid handling instrumentation system to replace our existing Beckman Coulter Single-Pod Biomek FX

Prior Experience:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

• The contractor must have at least ten (10) years of experience providing liquid handling instruments to clients.
• Bids must be include the names and contact information of a minimum of three (3) laboratories that use the respective instruments for high-throughput liquid handling (>2,000 pipetting steps in an eight-hour workday). Pipetting steps include but are not limited to aspirating, dispensing, transferring, and mixing of fluids.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected.

Deadline for receipt of bid:

Bids must be received no later than 2pm, Alaska Time on April 28, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
