INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Joe Parent Vocational Center Demolition and Remediation, Project Number AIP 3-02-0019-014-2023 / CFAPT00843, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 21, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will remediate, demolish and remove the existing Joe Parent Vocational Center building, a well house including decommissioning of water well, a 90,000 gallon aboveground water tank and associated pump house building, and underground and aboveground fuel storage tanks in Aniak, AK.  Work also includes utilities work and other debris, obstructions, and improvements as required.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be November 30, 2023.

A non-mandatory site visit is scheduled on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Meet at the Joe Parent Vocation Center in Aniak, AK. Those interested need to contact Eric Hershey at Eric.Hershey@alaska.gov or 907-269-5572 a minimum of 72 hours prior the meeting to register for the site visit.
