The State of Alaska, Department of Corrections is soliciting proposals for a ServSafe Certified Instructor to provide food safety training and certification exams to incarcerated students who can earn the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
