NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Juneau Downtown NHS Rehabilitation: Seward to Mill St.- Design Services

RFP Number 25243006

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to provide design, and support services in the development of the Juneau Downtown NHS Rehabilitation: Seward to Mill St. project. The contract includes civil design, utility conflict analysis and design, traffic engineering, surveying, environmental support, public involvement support, and provides the ability to add support for hydraulic and hydrology, landscape design, and assistance during construction by amendment.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from September 30, 2023to December 31, 2027. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available August 11, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK  99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than September 01, 2023, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau.  Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages.
