The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 5, Block 2000, consisting of approximately 34,485 square feet (ADA-09534) at Kodiak Airport for fifty-five (55) years. Applicant: Kodiak Parking and Storage. Annual rent: $10,690.35. Authorized uses: Non-aeronautical ? 30’ x 40’ building for vehicle maintenance, tire repair and swaps, oil changes, cleaning, and other vehicle maintenance; extended long term parking on the bare lot; and 20’ x 80’ metal storage units (of varying sizes) for long term storage open to the public; operation of 500 gallon above ground fuel tank for dispensing fuel to Lessee’s rental cars only.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 14, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.
