Distribution of ADF&G Hunting and Waterfowl Regulations

The Department of Fish and Game, Division of Wildlife Conservation is soliciting bids for a multi-year contract for the distribution of the Statewide Waterfowl Regulations, Trapping Regulations, Drawing and Subsistence Hunt Supplements, and Hunting Regulations.

Prior Experience:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

• Contractor is required to have experience processing large-volume (over 100,000 item) Statewide mailers. Having processed five (5) Statewide Mailers within the past five (5) years.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected.

Deadline for receipt of bid:

Bids must be received no later than 2pm, Alaska Time on September 22, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
