Notice of Adopted Changes to the Regulations of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development ? Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing
On September 7, 2022, the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development, Division of Corporations, Business and Professional Licensing adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 02 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern reducing marine pilot and deputy marine pilot initial and renewal fees from $1,500 to $700.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor (or designee) on September 28, 2022, and will go into effect on October 28, 2022. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 244, January 2023 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
