Addendum 1 issued 10/23/2023, extended submittal deadline to November 8, 2023, 4 p.m.

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Division of Preconstruction Services, Right of Way soliciting for professional services to acquire a second appraisal for one acquisition parcel for the Steese Expressway/Johansen Expressway Interchange Project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately October 2023 through December2025.  Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of less than $50,000.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available OCTOBER 10, 2023 , and may be downloaded from our web site at: http://www.dot.state.ak.us/procurement/prosvcs/index.shtml ; Under Request for Proposals heading, click on “Request for Proposals less than or equal to $200,000”  OR https://dot.alaska.gov/rfpmgr/sm.cfm Or the RFP may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at the Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.  Persons residing outside the City of Fairbanks may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 451-2247 or TDD number 711 or 1-800-770-8973. (for Hearing Impaired, requires special equipment).  There is no charge for the RFP package.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN THE RFP FOR SUBMITTING PROPOSALS: Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received at the address indicated on the RFP no later than NOVEMBER 8, 2023, 4:00 p.m. OCTOBER 20, 2023 ., prevailing time.

The proposals may be dropped off at our office.  A locked Drop Box is located at the outside entry of the Tech Services Building #3 (Contracts Building Main Parking Lot West Side Entrance).  Call or Text (907) 799-5632 when you place documents in the Drop Box and we will retrieve and timestamp your documents.
