CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. SFAPT000289-1/SFHWY00463  3-02-0000-027-2020/0006296; SR Airport Pavement Markings FFY23 / SE District Highway Painting FFY23, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time May 23, 2023, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federally funded project will consist of Performing SPM at various primary and non-primary airports in SR.  Planned maintenance activities include:  maintaining pavement markings on runways, taxiways, and aprons at Ketchikan, Petersburg, Wrangell, and Yakutat.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. All work shall be completed by September 30, 2023. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section G-120 of the Specifications.

Hard copies of these documents are still available in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $100/set from the Southeast Regional Contracts, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska, 99801-7999. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
