The Department of Corrections, Division of Probation, Parole, and Pretrial, is soliciting proposals for the provision of pretrial services within the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA).

The Municipality of Anchorage has a criminal justice system run separate of the State of Alaska criminal justice system. The MOA follows Alaska Statute’s criminal justice procedures and orders defendants to Pretrial Services for supervision.
