NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
King Cove Runway Resurfacing / False Pass Airport Rehabilitaion- Design Services
RFP Number 25233066
The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services and associated support services for the design of the False Pass Airport Rehabilitation project, State Project No. SFAPT00500, and King Cove Runway Resurfacing, State Project No. SFAPT00483.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from July 01, 2023 to December 31, 2025. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available May 25, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than June 15, 2023, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau. Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages. Proposals may be submitted by email to: srdotpfcontracts@alaska.gov
Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTD number: (800) 770-8973, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements.
