CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 0003224/SFHWY00069; KTN - Water St. Trestle No. 1 Improvement, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time November 01, 2022, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federal funded project will consist of Replacing the Water Street Trestle No. 1 bridge structure with (No. 389) with MSE wall. Work includes new utilities, pavement and sidewalks..

The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000. All work shall be completed by November 15, 2023. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.

Plans, specifications, bid documents, reports, addenda, and other bidder information are posted online, and available for downloading free of charge at: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings .

Hard copies of these documents are still available in hard copy for a non-refundable fee of $100.00/set from the Southeast Regional Contracts, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska, 99801-7999. Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
