Sealed bids for Mt. Edgecumbe H.S. Building 290 Kitchen Make-up Air & Exhaust Fan Replacement, Project Number 25RC053613, will be received before 2:00 p.m., September 13, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This state funded project includes renovation of the existing kitchen make-up air and exhaust systems at the kitchen in Building 290 at the Mount Edgecumbe High School. Work includes demolition, new make-up air and exhaust fan units, associated heat exchanger, hydronic equipment and lines, building automation controls and fire alarm modifications, and electrical and lighting upgrades.  The project includes one (1) additive alternate that renovates the existing kitchen area suspended ceiling panels, grid, lighting, air registers, and replacement with new ceiling panels, grid, lighting, and air registers.  Work includes hazardous materials.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $200,000 and $500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be August 9, 2024.
