INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Seward Highway MP 0-8 Pavement Preservation, Project Number 0311034 / CFHWY00109, will be received before 2:00 p.m., February 22, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will resurface the Seward Highway from MP 0 to 8. Project work includes improvements to pedestrian curb ramps, guardrail, guardrail end treatments, dig-outs, drainage, ATR's, bridge repairs, signing, striping, and paving.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The Project completion date will be October 31, 2023.

Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department’s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings . Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
