NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Kodiak: Otmeloi Way Rehabilitation- Design Services

RFP Number 25233068

The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional services to The Southcoast Region, State of Alaska DEPARTMENT of Transportation and Public Facilities

(DEPARTMENT), Preconstruction Section is seeking design, survey, and right-of-way professional services for the KDK Otmeloi Way Rehabilitation project.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is from July 01, 2023to December 31, 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000-$1,000,000.00.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) Package will be available June 05, 2023 and may be obtained in person from the DOT&PF plans room at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK  99801-7999. Persons residing outside the City & Borough of Juneau may obtain an RFP Package through the mail by telephoning (907) 465-4420. Walk-in and telephone service is available during the hours of 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than June 28, 2023, 4:00 PM prevailing time. Please be advised that none of the courier services (Fed-EX, UPS, etc.) provide overnight service to or from Juneau.  Please allow at least 2 to 3 business days for receipt of expedited packages. Proposals may be submitted by email to: srdotpfcontracts@alaska.gov
