Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0A23(021)/Z607150000, Richardson Highway MP 266-341 Passing Lanes, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, September 26, 2023, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of constructing passing lanes at multiple locations between Milepost 266 and 341 on the Richardson Highway. Work includes roadside hardware, drainage improvements, intersection improvements and utilities.

Engineer's Estimate is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000.

The project completion date is September 1, 2025.
