The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is proposing to hire a Contractor to hydroseed 14 previously cleared acres of unimproved grounds to meet environmental requirements and mitigate erosion issues at Bryant Airfield (Section 1) at JBER, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this ITB.

The contractor is highly encouraged to perform a pre-bid walk-through to understand and familiarize with existing site conditions. Arrangements for base access and a tour are to be scheduled with the project manager:
