The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development on the behalf of the Division of Community and Regional Affairs is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to provide a modernized Software as a Service Grant Management Solution to digitize current workflows and create efficiencies. Solution must be able to process and manage over $1.5 billion in grant funds, both state and federal for three user groups: grantors, pass through organizations, and grantees, be cloud based, easy to use, and secure.
