The Division of Administrative Services of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development (DCCED) on the behalf Alaska Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (AOGCC) is requesting proposals from expert cement evaluation specialists to assist in evaluating cement to formation and casing-casing annuli cementing results and isolation evaluation on an as-needed basis. Respondents must be available for log interpretations or cement evaluations that may require short turnaround times to support urgent reviews.

The Department estimates usage not to exceed $500,000 over five years for completion of this project. Payment for the initial contract is subject to funds already appropriated and identified. Continuation of a contract resulting from this RFP is contingent upon legislative appropriation.

Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM prevailing Alaska Time on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Emailed proposals are the only acceptable method of submitting a proposal.
