The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a Contractor to provide potable water and septic system for the Alcantra MEOCC Building located on the Alaska Army National Guard (AKARNG) Armory site in Wasilla. The successful contractor will be responsible for complete install of the Septic and Water system(s) to the MEOCC building at the Alcantra Armory in Wasilla. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this ITB.

A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will be on Tuesday September 14, 2023, at 2pm. The contractor is highly encouraged to perform a pre-bid walk-through to understand and familiarize with existing site conditions. Arrangements for base access and a tour are to be scheduled with the project manager:
