The Department of Fish and Game, Division of Commercial Fisheries, is soliciting bids for a remote operated VEHICLE (ROV) capable of visual assessments of fish and invertebrate species and other research related tasks in a marine environment in Juneau, AK.

Prior Experience:

In order for a bid to be considered responsive the bidder must meet these minimum prior experience requirements:

• Contractor is required to have ten (10) years of experience in the past twenty (20) years building, selling, and supplying remote operated vehicles to be operated in marine environments.

A bidder's failure to meet these minimum prior experience requirements will cause their bid to be considered non-responsive and rejected. A bidder must provide supporting documentation that illustrates how they meet the above minimum. Failure to provide documentation supporting how the contractor meets the above minimums will result in the contractor being found non-responsive and rejected.

Deadline For Receipt of Bids:

Bids must be received no later than 2:00 Alaska Time on August 8, 2023, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
