CONSTRUCTION INVITATION TO BIDS (ITB’s)

Sealed bids in single copy for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work on Project No. 0093002/SFHWY00411; JNU North Douglas HWY: Bonnie Brae - DEC 20 SE PR, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time December 13, 2022, at the Construction Contracts Office, 1st Floor, 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, Alaska.

This Federal funded project will consist of designing and constructing permanent repairs (PR) to assets damaged by the December 2020 Storm in the Southcoast Region of Alaska for DDIR AK 2021 01 PTG001. Repairs may include, but are not limited to, asphalt, embankment, geotextile, riprap, drainage, roadside hardware, and utilities.  This project will repair a site on the North Douglas Highway near Bonnie Brae Subdivision.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. All work shall be completed by June 30, 2023. This is a Race Neutral project as defined in Section 120 of the Specifications.

Bidding Documents are available for inspection at the office of the Regional Department of Transportation and Public Facilities offices in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau.
