The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Alaska Marine Highway System is soliciting bids from qualified vendors capable of providing supplemental Passenger and Vehicle Transportation Services to several communities on Kodiak Island and in Cook Inlet, Alaska.
