RFP 230000021 Contract Project Management for Disaster Grant Projects
The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management is soliciting competitive proposals with Project Management Firms to provide project managers and grant administrative services for disaster projects as specified in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).
Pre-Proposal Teleconference: A non-mandatory pre-proposal teleconference has been scheduled for 10: a.m. prevailing Alaska time on March 3, 2023. Information regarding the pre-proposal teleconference can be found in Section 1.13 of the subject RFP.
Deadline for Receipt of Proposals: The current deadline for receipt of proposals is 2:00 p.m. prevailing Alaska time on March 15, 2023. Information on submitting proposals can be found in Section 1.07 of the subject RFP. Late offers will be rejected.
Amendments: If an amendment is issued, it will be provided to all who were notified of the RFP and to those who have registered with the procurement officer after receiving the RFP from the State of Alaska Online Public Notice Website.
Questions: Questions concerning the attached RFP or contents therein must be in writing and directed to the DMVA/DAS Procurement Office.
