INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Homer Airport Improvements, Project Number AIP No. 3-02-0122-021-2023 / CFAPT00491, will be received before 2:00 p.m., March 1, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded project will rehabilitate existing airport surfaces, expand the apron and runway safety areas, construct a new Taxiway G, replace airfield lighting systems, make drainage improvements, remove portions of Taxiway D, construct new west service road, and remove obstructions.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000. The Project completion date will be September 30, 2024.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
