We are pleased to announce that the Lead State of Iowa released the new RFP for Tires, Tubes, and Services. RFP number is RFP0223005113. All offeror proposals must be submitted by Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 3 pm CT. The resulting Master Agreement(s) will replace the current Tires, Tubes, and Services Master Agreements (RFP1118005083 and MAs: 19101, 19102, 19103), which have a current expiration date of March 31 2024. The purpose of this RFP is to seek qualified manufacturers to provide specific full lines of tires, tubes, and related services.

The Master Agreement(s) resulting from this procurement may be used by state governments (including departments, agencies, and institutions), institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (i.e., colleges, school districts, counties, cities, etc.), the District of Columbia, territories of the United States, and other eligible entities subject to approval of the individual chief procurement official and compliance with local statutory and regulatory provisions.
