The NASPO ValuePoint Request for Proposal (RFP) for Heavy Construction and Industrial Equipment was released by the State of Oklahoma on Dec. 19, 2022.  The RFP number is OK-MA-192-23.  All vendor proposals must be submitted by Jan. 30, 2023.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders, to provide Heavy Construction and Industrial Equipment for all Participating States and Entities. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value, and in some cases achieve more favorable pricing, than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity because of the collective volume of potential purchases by numerous state and local government entities.

Purchasing entities include thousands of governmental, higher education, K-12 education, tribal government, and other public agencies, the District of Columbia, and Territories of the United States.

Proposals must be received by 10:00am Central Time, on January 30, 2023. Late proposals will not be accepted.
