- Pre-Bid Conference and /Site Visit : Pre-bid site visit: A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on November 8th at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders will meet at the ARRC General Office Building, 327 W. Ship Creek Anchorage, sign in and then we will proceed to the car shop. Please dress appropriately for weather. PPE including hardhats, safety vests, and safety glasses, and steel toe boots will be required.
