Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is seeking quotes from responsive and responsible Contractors for Wilshire Garage Door, located at Spenard East Subdivision, Lot 4 in Anchorage, Alaska and Coronado Park Bldg. 35 and Bldg. 37, located at Coronado Park Subdivision Lot 17 in Eagle River, Alaska.

SCOPE OF WORK

The contractor will supply all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supervision required to install garage doors to the following properties:

Wilshire- Supply and install two (2) 9’x7’, min. R-15 Garage Doors with two (2) garage door motors and one opener remove for each.

Coronado Park Bldg. 35- Supply and install three (3) flush 10’x8’, min. R-15 Garage Doors with three (3) garage door motors and one opener for each.

Coronado Park Bldg. 37- Supply and install three (3) flush 16’x8’, min. R-15 Garage Doors with three (3) garage door motors and one opener for each.
