Tanana Chiefs Conference is requesting qualified contractors to submit quotes for land clearing on their property located at 2605 Badger Road, North Pole Alaska.

Interested contractors are required to contact Tanna Carter via email at tanna.carter@tananachiefs.org . to register and receive an RFQ packet.

Registration will close at 1:00 AST, September 29, 2023. Proposals will be due at 1:00PM AST, November 10, 2023.

SCOPE OF WORK

Provide labor, materials and equipment to meet the requirements of the Project Scope and any other items as described in the Project Documents dated September 7, 2023, and attached to this RFQ. All registered bidders are required to attend the mandatory site visit. Each bidder shall thoroughly examine the work area and be familiar with the contract documents. The failure or neglect of a bidder to receive or examine any contract document or any part thereof shall in no way relieve it from any obligations with respect to its quote or to the contract. No claim for additional compensation shall be allowed which is based upon a lack of knowledge of any contract document.
