Quotes will be accepted until 2:00pm local time on Monday, July 31, 2023.
This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
Fabrication and supply, FOB Storage site Valdez Alaska, of all relative components necessary to construct the following:
Schedule A – Park Shelter including but not limited to all brackets, hardware, bolts and fasteners, lumber, timber, and roofing components.
Schedule B – Entry Kiosk including but not limited to all brackets, hardware, bolts and fasteners, lumber, timber, and roofing components.
Schedule C – Entry Gate including all fabricated steel, hot dipped galvanization, mounting hardware, and fabricated bollards.
Exclusions: No rebar, concrete, or piling related to foundations is required. No installation.
Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 PM local time on Monday, July 31, 2023 and will be accepted
electronically via email

The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a quote, to reject any and all quotes without cause, and to re-solicit for quotes.
Current minimum prevailing wage rates as published by the Alaska Department of Labor must be paid if required by law.
Requirements of the Alaska Employment Preference (AS 36.10) must be met.
