The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department) invites proposals from general construction contractors to serve as "Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC)" for AMHS- Tustumena Replacement Vessel Vehicle Elevator and Turntable System (VETS) Manufacturer project. The CMGC procurement is intended to encompass all materials, labor, supplies, equipment and supervision necessary for the complete construction of the project, including any preconstruction related services during the development process. Precon Estimate Range is between: $200,000 - $250,000. Construction Estimate Range is between: $10 - $20 Million
