All inquiries/questions need to be made to Michael Fleming, Project Manager at 907-269-7820 or email: Michael.fleming@alaska.gov . Do Not Call the facility. The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is seeking professional design services to provide bid documents for renovations to the dish room at the Anchorage Pioneer Home located in Anchorage, Alaska. Service includes 65%, 95% and CD plans, and cost estimate development for all scoped services. Scope of design services may include, but not necessarily be limited to: Remove and replace existing dishwashing machine, remove, and replace corroded plumbing, remove, and replace all pipe-cladding in sink area, remove and replace damaged flooring, relocated reel mounted water hose, seal all floor penetrations, and reconfigure the existing space to improve workflow and efficiency. Design services may include but not be limited to: 1. Project Plans to 65%, 95% and CD¿s 2. Construction Cost Estimate. 3. Bidding and Construction Administration will be negotiated after NTP. The Period of performance for items 1 & 2 will be 120 days after NTP has been issued. |
