The purpose of this contract is to provide design, and support services in the development of the Juneau Downtown NHS Rehabilitation: Seward to Mill St. project. The contract includes civil design, utility conflict analysis and design, traffic engineering, surveying, environmental support, public involvement support, and provides the ability to add support for hydraulic and hydrology, landscape design, and assistance during construction by amendment.
