| Description: |
The Department intends to enter into a negotiated agreement for professional design and construction administration services to upgrade the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for the administrative and professional office spaces at the DOT&PF 7 Mile Complex in Juneau, Alaska. Services will include, but are not limited to, contract management, project management, mechanical, electrical and structural engineering, architectural design, hazardous materials design and cost estimating.
A non-mandatory site visit will be Thursday, September 28, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) 7-Mile Complex, located at 6860 Glacier Highway, Juneau, AK 99801. Please contact Lance Mearig, P.E.at lance.mearig@alaska.gov or (907) 465-4070 a minimum of 48 hours prior to the site visit. Meet at the front entrance to be escorted through the work areas. |
