Description: This state funded project includes renovation of the existing kitchen make-up air and exhaust systems at the kitchen in Building 290 at the Mount Edgecumbe High School. Work includes demolition, new make-up air and exhaust fan units, associated heat exchanger, hydronic equipment and lines, building automation controls and fire alarm modifications, and electrical and lighting upgrades. The project includes one (1) additive alternate that renovates the existing kitchen area suspended ceiling panels, grid, lighting, air registers, and replacement with new ceiling panels, grid, lighting, and air registers. Work includes hazardous materials.
