This Request for Offer (RFO) is for the Janitorial Services and Laundry Services at the Deadhorse FSS and Transient Quarters in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attached 697DCK-23-R-00353.

The Amendment 001 is to change the Period of Performance , Bid due date and remove the Contractor's Mask Letter from the RFO.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million.

The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years.

No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time.

Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified. Responses to all questions and any necessary amendments made to the RFO will be made by 1700 Pacific Time on Wednesday 06/22/2023.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: EACH OFFEROR SHALL SUBMIT AS A VALID OFFER TO THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTES:

1. Cover letter stating that no exceptions are taken to any specifications requirements or contract terms and conditions, or a detailed summary of all exceptions taken.


2. Signed Standard Form 33 - SOLICITATION, OFFER ,ANY AMENDMENT AND AWARD.


3. Part I, Section B - PRICE SCHEDULE, Complete and return Section B Price Breakdown spreadsheet.


4. Part IV, Section K- REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS.


5. Congratulations 8(a) letter from the Small Business Administration (if applicable).


6. Past Experience containing at least two (2) projects of similar nature with Point of Contact information for confirmation of completion of work.

Contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management,www.sam.gov on the date established for receipt of offers (07/06/2023).Reference AMS Clause 3.3.1-33, paragraph (d), "if the offerer does not become registered in the SAM database in the time prescribed by the Contracting Officer, the Contracting Officer may proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror."

All submissions must be received by no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Friday, 07/06/2023. Offerors assume full responsibility of ensuring that quotes are received at the place and by the date and time specified above. Late submittal of quotes will not be accepted.
