This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: U.S. Coast Guard Base Kodiak requires services for the preparation, shipment, and off-site disposal/recycling of hazardous waste and/or other regulated wastes as noted in section 12 of the Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor to provide all services necessary for the shipment, preparation, transportation, final treatment, disposal, and/or recycling of items listed IAW all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, and the terms and conditions of this contract. These services include all necessary personnel, including applicable Subcontractors, labor, transportation, equipment, and the compilation and submission of all documentation required by this contract. Work to be done IAW attached Statement of Work.

Upon notice to proceed, Contractor will have 30 days to initiate shipment.
