Amendment 002. The purpose of the amendment is to correct the Site Visit location from the SSC to the FSS, and to provide the meeting location address. There are no other changes.

Amendment 001: The purpose of the amendment is to provide a one-time Site Visit information. See the amendment document for details. Note the specific instructions for indicating intent to attend the Site Visit. The amendment also extends the bid due date to January 23, 2024, 1500 Pacific Time.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing this Request for Offers (RFO) for janitorial services at the FAA ATCT, SSC Base Building, and AFSS in Fairbanks, Alaska, to be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW).

Procurement for this requirement is an 8(a) Set-Aside, with NAICS code 561720. Award will be made as a firm-fixed price contract, Base Year Plus 4 Option Years.

Site visits are not available at this time.
