Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SINGLE SOURCE CONTRACT



This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions.



This is a Notice of Intent to award a single source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is prescribed 10 U.S.C. 3572 and implemented in FAR 13.501(a).



NAICS Code: 541620 - Wetland Restoration Planning



The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements:



The US Air Force intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for approximately thirty-one (31) Environmental Mitigation Credits for palustrine wetlands to Great Land Trust, LLC. These credits must be in the same watershed as JBER, AK to comply with 33 CFR 332.3(a)[3](b).



All responsible sources may submit a capability statement in writing demonstrating the ability to provide the requested credits, which shall be considered by the agency before the intended award date. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. Requests for capability briefings will NOT be honored. In addition, the response shall include verification of the Offeror’s Representation and Certifications—Commercial Items in accordance to FAR 52.212-3. If the interested party does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://www.sam.gov/ to load required information. Any response received without completing this registration will be considered noncompliant. Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e., Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR part 12.



All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors must respond to this notice on or April 26, 2023 at 12:00 pm Alaska Daylight Time by sending an email to BOTH cassandra.woodard@us.af.mil and brian.barcelona@us.af.mil.
